Design and maintain scalable data models and infrastructure that enable teams at Hostinger to access and analyze data with ease.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, scope analytical requests, and translate them into reliable data solutions.
Build and optimize high-quality queries and models that ensure data is timely, accurate, and ready for analysis.
Audit, document, and refactor existing data structures to improve performance, maintainability, and overall data quality.
Continuously innovate to make data at Hostinger seamlessly accessible, high-quality and well structured.

Solid understanding of data modeling principles and hands-on experience building data models for analytical use.
Strong SQL skills
ability to write clear, efficient, and optimized queries to solve business problems.
Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
Familiarity with dbt (or a strong interest in learning it) is a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages to support automation and advanced analysis.
Experience with version control systems (Git preferred) and comfort working with the command line.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
