University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration with a focus on CRM/Marketing, or equivalent qualifications
Several years of professional experience in CRM, B2C marketing, and online and offline communications within an e-commerce or retail company
Solid (programming) skills with databases and analytics software (SQL, KNIME, Python, and, where applicable, other programming languages)
Understanding of customer data and profiles, including consideration of customer value
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, a goal
and customer-oriented approach, and a high degree of initiative
