You are responsible for developing and continuously improving high-quality web applications.
You assist with the maintenance and support of our own tools and libraries, as well as the relevant third-party tools.
You write clean, readable, and well-tested code.
Through pair programming and code reviews you challenge your colleagues and take responsibility for their code and targeted technical development.
You have the freedom to make design and architecture decisions and oversee them during implementation.
You enjoy automating recurring tasks using appropriate tools and scripting.
You act as a technical point of contact for cross-departmental colleagues and for our clients.

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the digital sector, ideally as a Senior, Lead, or similar role in an agency or software house
PHP, Node.js, Next.js and React are familiar to you, and HTML/CSS don't intimidate you
Comfortable working in both frontend and backend development
Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong quality awareness and great attention to detail in code and applications
Confident use of Git (GitHub), VS Code and package managers such as npm
Confident presence and excellent communication skills (engaging, inspiring, persuasive, motivating, able to encourage openness to change)
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Solid knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks
