Ensuring the software quality of our SaaS Applications by implementing, executing and reporting of automated and manual tests
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities,
Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback,
Troubleshoot, debug, resolve product issues as they arise. Maintain documentation of test results; analyze test results and recommend resolutions,
Develop or specify standards, methodologies, or procedures to assess product quality or release readiness.
Attend and/or participate in key process and review meetings; may review and research new QA tools, techniques and ideas, demo them as needed and introduce them appropriately into QA process as part of the Continuous Improvement process
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Security Audits and Testing: Assist with Information Security questionnaires, security audits, and internal/external penetration testing.
