Role Overview
- Develop and edit traditional and digital teaching materials for modern mathematics instruction in primary schools
- Assume editorial supervision and responsibility for mathematics teaching materials and textbooks
- Lead editorial and author teams and collaborate closely with them
- Work together with typesetting departments, graphic designers, illustrators, and other internal and external service providers
Requirements
- Completed degree in mathematics, preferably with qualification for primary school teaching
- Preferably have practical teaching experience
- Thorough subject knowledge and pedagogical-methodological expertise
- Editorial experience at an educational publisher is an advantage
- Independent, responsible working style
- Creativity, determination, and organizational skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team
