Operational leadership of the discipline leads in Construction, Structural Engineering (statics), Steel Construction, Electrical, NIS calculations and tools
Ensure, with regard to customer requirements, optimal costs through a unified engineering philosophy across all discipline leads concerning optimal design (cost), quality and regulatory compliance
Continuous optimization of working methods
Initiation of and commercial responsibility for innovation projects (e.g., further development and international commercialization of the Axians mobile mast, etc.)

Degree in Civil Engineering (building construction) or Architecture
Several years of experience in the planning and execution of building or steel-construction projects
Analytical, team builder, mediator and a hands-on "doer"
German and English; French and/or Italian advantageous
