You standardize and continuously develop the client portfolio (hardware and software standards).
You operate and optimize our client management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, MDM, endpoint security tools).
You plan, coordinate and execute client rollouts (fresh installations, replacements, upgrades).
You create, maintain and improve base images, software packages and configuration profiles.
You are responsible for patch and update management, including compliance monitoring.
You automate provisioning and deployment processes (zero-touch).
You handle device lifecycle management – from procurement preparation to decommissioning.
You test new hardware generations and software versions.
You implement technical security policies on clients (hardening, BitLocker, endpoint protection).
You perform 2nd-level troubleshooting for complex client issues.
You produce documentation, operational standards and knowledge articles.
You monitor client performance and derive optimization measures.
You contribute to strategic client and workplace concepts (e.g., Cloud PC, hardware refresh, standardization).

You have at least two years of professional experience in IT client management or end-user computing and possess very good knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, MDM and Windows client architectures.
You also have experience in patch management, client hardening, endpoint security as well as ITSM processes, CMDB and asset management.
You are very familiar with Windows 10/11, Office 365 integration and software packaging, and ideally have automation skills (e.g., PowerShell).
Additionally, you have a basic understanding of networking, authentication and security concepts, and knowledge of common standards such as ITIL or ISO 27001.
You have completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field.
You work in a structured, independent and quality-conscious manner and demonstrate analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
You are strong in communication, a team player, service-oriented and able to assert yourself in complex environments.
You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1).
