Implement best practices for automation, scalability, and system reliability for high-traffic web applications hosted on Kubernetes
Support maintenance of customer infrastructure during Kubernetes upgrades and changes to the software supply chain
Participate in continuous improvement processes, focusing on supporting full-stack developers with complex deployments (in development environments)
Help freshcells adopt and implement DevOps and MLOps best practices: in this role, up to 25% of your working time is allocated for learning and experimentation, aligned with freshcells’ needs and direction

Expertise with containerization (Docker)
Expertise with Helm, including writing and maintaining custom Helm charts
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or similar)
Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with GitOps and continuous delivery tools such as Flux CD
Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools (ideally Terraform)
Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting and/or Python
Experience with observability: setting up and using logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting
Experience with creating machine learning pipelines or willingness to learn on the job
Fluency in English
Nice to have: experience with on-call rotations
Nice to have: experience with data engineering, MLOps and training AI workloads; experience with Metaflow
Nice to have: experience with Argo CD and Argo Workflows
Nice to have: experience with SQL databases and Redis
