Role Overview
- Join our Customer-Aligned Team (CAT) model — a cross-functional squad delivering BaaS solutions.
- Lead strategic initiatives for UniCredit Group across Europe.
- Build scalable and repeatable solutions with and for clients.
- Co-create use cases with clients and Sales based on real business needs.
- Lead solution design from idea to delivery, ensuring clarity and timely execution.
- Collaborate with various teams (legal, compliance, finance, engineering) for comprehensive solutions.
- Monitor and course-correct based on outcomes like revenue potential and delivery margin.
- Contribute to building playbooks to scale delivery across clients.
- Grow into a CAT lead role with direct responsibility for client-facing delivery squads.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product roles (BaaS, fintech, Embedded Finance, SaaS or payments).
- Understanding of the BaaS value chain: accounts, payments, compliance, cards, client onboarding.
- Experience working with clients directly and turning unclear needs into valuable product propositions.
- Ability to focus on results, comfortable signing off scope and standing behind it.
- Capability to work across functions: Sales, Compliance, Engineering, Finance.
- Pragmatic and independent, with a knack for solving ambiguous challenges.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: focused on value, cost, and impact.
