As a Support, Operations and Accounting Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customer base that has chosen Pennylane as the central platform for their accounting and financial management.
You will engage daily with users and seek to understand the issues they encounter.
After investigating, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to the user, or to escalate the issue when necessary.
You will also help company accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration.
During the first months, you will join the Pennylane Academy and receive training on the product and the team’s processes.
You will begin handling accounting-related requests and progressively take on increasingly complex customer inquiries.

Accounting qualification (e.g. BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME Management, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA) or Bachelor in Administrative and Accounting Management).
At least 5 years’ experience as an accountant within the finance department of an SME and/or at least 3 years in an accounting firm (ideally having completed at least three fiscal periods).
Direct work with company leadership is a plus (internal advisory, for example).
Interest in innovative tools and new technologies.
Ability to work independently, to solve problems on your own and to find solutions.
Familiarity with the Pennylane platform is a plus.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong written communication skills and an ability to teach and explain clearly and professionally to users.
Ability to understand and respond to client needs, deliver excellent service and maintain strong client relationships.
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the product.
Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments.
