Design and finalize high-volume graphic assets across digital channels, including digital ads, social media graphics, email assets, and landing pages. Prioritize design requests, manage project deadlines, and maintain a robust, organized asset library to keep the team agile and efficient.
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to design high-impact PowerPoint decks and presentations. Utilize, maintain, and improve existing templates to ensure all pitch materials are professional, polished, and on-brand.
Lead the design and execution of physical marketing touchpoints, including flyers, white papers, tradeshow materials (banners, signage), and branded swag.
Take our current brand foundations and evolve them. Create new style guidelines and internal design standards to support our growing visual needs and ensure long-term brand consistency.
Work closely with the Email Marketing Specialist on campaign creative and collaborate with Product Designers to ensure marketing visuals align seamlessly with the in-app user experience.
Requirements
2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced start-up, insurance, or tech environment
4-year degree in Graphic Design or a technical design certificate required
A versatile design portfolio showcasing both digital (web, social, email) and print (flyers, tradeshow materials) work
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience working in a “squad” or “pod” structure alongside Product and Marketing specialists
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple production deadlines while ensuring all files are production-ready and meet company standards
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume production environment
