Senior Director – Primary Care

Role Overview

• Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development to Regional Nurse Directors and dietician services
• Strengthen onboarding, training, and competency processes for nursing care management and wellness staff
• Champion population health, quality improvement, and integrated care initiatives across Health Home services
• Review dashboards, reports, and workflows to identify opportunities for operational and clinical improvement
• Support staffing coordination, caseload coverage, and continuity of services during vacancies or leave periods
• Collaborate with Compass treatment teams and Health Home partners to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Partner with senior leadership on process reviews, program optimization, and referral pathways
• Guide health promotion, wellness education, and chronic disease management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state Healthcare Home guidance, program standards, and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience required
• Experience in the primary care or behavioral health field preferred
• RN licensed in Missouri required
