Own and scale the execution of complex AI data projects across a major client portfolio or service vertical
Focus on operational excellence and flawless delivery
Partner with Business Development team to drive revenue growth through exceptional client outcomes
Ensure delivery exceeds client expectations on quality, while hitting timeline and gross margin targets
Manage gross margin targets across project portfolio, optimizing delivery efficiency and resource allocation
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and develop new approaches to enhance execution quality
Manage client relationships during project execution, ensuring smooth communication and addressing delivery challenges

Deep understanding of AI and GenAI: technology and market trends, basic knowledge of statistics, ML and data science
Industry experience: worked in tech, startups, or as a founder
Background in STEM: BS or MS in computer science, maths, physics, etc.
Experience with Robotics, RL Gyms, or off-the-shelf datasets would be a big advantage
Strong consulting toolkit, ideally with at least two years in top-3 consultancy reaching Engagement Manager or equivalent
