Legal advice on all legal matters, in particular corporate law, contract law (including commercial contracts & terms and conditions), and matters arising from board and shareholder meetings

Degree in law
Professional experience in an internationally active industrial company or a corporate law firm
Generalist orientation with enthusiasm for diverse topics
Ideally, knowledge of international tax law
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor – also in an international context
Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
Very good German and English skills
