About this role
Role Overview
- Facilitate the delivery of high-quality products;
- Guide teams in the use of the Scrum framework, ensuring the effectiveness of ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective);
- Work with the development team to identify and remove impediments;
- Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of agile development best practices;
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and ready for the next sprint;
- Provide support to the team through servant leadership, facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT.
- Deep knowledge of agile principles and Scrum and their application in a corporate environment;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and to work effectively in ambiguous situations;
- Knowledge of other agile methodologies, such as Kanban, Lean, etc.;
- Familiarity with project tracking software such as JIRA or Trello.
