Driving the expansion and strategic development of the Competence Center Insurance
Developing an efficient process and data-driven performance management
Supporting pre-sales with subject-matter expertise
Identifying new business opportunities in the DACH region
Taking responsibility for technically driven testing initiatives
Creating test plans and test concepts
Coordinating external test teams
Performing testing activities and ensuring quality and risk management

At least 5 years of experience in test management within the insurance industry
Knowledge of typical challenges in complex transformation and modernization programs
Ideally experience with msg, msg life, msg systems, or comparable programs
Familiarity with insurer programs such as core modernization, policy/portfolio migration, and portal and partner integration
Confident use of tools such as Jira, XRay, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps
Program and project management experience
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Excellent German (C1) and English skills
ISTQB certification; Advanced Level is an advantage
