Define and discover new journeys and features for the Corporate Internet Banking channel (IBPJ), ensuring they align with customer needs and market trends;
Prioritize and manage the backlog, ensuring deliveries meet stakeholders' expectations and customers' needs;
Set direction and strategy, pursue new product solutions, and conduct benchmarking to drive product evolution;
Prepare status and analytical materials to present the channel's progress to the Bank's business areas;
Collaborate with development, design, and other business teams to create efficient solutions;
Analyze and interpret channel performance data, using insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance the user experience;
Use KPIs such as NPS, channel penetration rate, revenue, and other relevant metrics to monitor the impact of initiatives and prioritize improvements that deliver the greatest business value;
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably with digital products for corporate clients;
Experience in backlog management;
Knowledge of digital channel management, with a focus on self-service journeys and business scalability;
Ability to interpret and use performance indicators such as NPS and penetration rate in decision-making;
Clear and assertive communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities and experience managing stakeholder expectations;
Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of banking products, especially related to foreign exchange and investments, is desirable.
