Shape and coordinate our network of internal and external tax advisors, ensuring every user receives professional, certified support.
Advise on supply-side optimization — helping attract, retain, and empower top tax advisors in Germany.
Contribute to improving unit economics and operational excellence across internal operations and the advisory network.
Act as a primary stakeholder for our partner Product and Engineering teams. Translate complex tax assistance services into scalable software requirements.
Champion the automation of manual workflows, leveraging AI wherever possible, to create a "bionic" experience for advisors—allowing them to focus on high-value advisory rather than data entry.

You have successfully passed the German Tax Advisor exam.
You have a track record of managing teams, P&Ls, or complex operational projects and know how to build processes that scale. AI experience is a plus.
You have a deep understanding of the German tax system, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment.
