You will be out in the field visiting restaurants and kitchens.
Your mission is to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their lives easier.
You will manage approximately 10–15 meetings per week and are responsible for ensuring that no one is left in the dark.
You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance if needed) and work to meet or exceed targets.
You will demonstrate our app to chefs in their own environment, showing how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable.
You will use our CRM (don’t worry—we’ll train you!) and other tools to keep notes on your progress so the whole team can support you.

Whether you’ve managed a kitchen, run a bar, or worked as a concierge, you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality.
Career changers are welcome!
Internships in sales or part-time customer-facing roles are a strong plus.
You are motivated to work in the field, visit kitchens, and build personal relationships with chefs and managers.
Excellent spoken and written German and English.
You are comfortable leading conversations. You know how to listen, solve problems, and confidently close deals.
Bonus: You speak additional languages fluently besides German or English.
