About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative and logistical support to the indirect distribution team (B2B & Indirect Sales)
Support the Marketing and Communications team
Manage requests via a dedicated mailbox
Organize and participate in corporate events, trade shows, fam trips and eductours
Organize team-building activities and internal meetings
Manage small accounts and support commercial development
Fully manage promotional items/giveaways, from ordering to inventory updates
Support project management activities
Fully manage partner e-vouchers, from creation through to invoicing
Monitor B2B & Indirect Sales team budgets
Create and update supplier records and generate Purchase Order numbers
Follow up on billing with service providers, suppliers and Finance
Create and update processes
Ensure data quality in the Salesforce CRM
Draft and send push emails in the event of service disruptions
Write copy for partner mailings and newsletters
Write posts for Eurostar’s LinkedIn page
Translate content and documents into French, English and Dutch
Maintain the B2B & Indirect Sales section of the internal intranet
Update the partner-facing website
Support the deployment of the media plan in the United Kingdom
Assist in identifying and implementing new AI solutions
Participate in performance analysis of Eurostar promotional campaigns shared by partners.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5), ideally from a business school with a specialization in Marketing or Business
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working in a team and communicating/coordinating with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills
Eligible for the VIE programme
