Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure our R2P process aligns with procurement policies and compliance requirements.
Manage requisitioner access rights, primarily within Coupa and associated procurement systems.
Arrange and deliver training sessions, maintaining high‑quality training materials and documentation.
Monitor communication channels for requisitioner, supplier and content queries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
Support users and stakeholders to maintain smooth transactional flow and excellent system experience.

Detailed knowledge and experience of working with the Requisition‑to‑Pay process.
Strong proficiency with Excel.
Experience implementing Coupa, including catalogue, form and questionnaire setup.
Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and performance targets.
Experience managing high volumes of work and balancing multiple priorities effectively.
