Lead content and campaign creation projects from IO FAST focused towards HCPs in the obesity and diabetes GLP-1 therapy areas
Co-lead the process from brief to execution—from content mapping through to development of omnichannel promotional packages with external agencies and pilot markets.
Own the development of promotional assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR processes, ensuring compliance and quality across all marketing channels
Establish structured metrics for omnichannel promotional assets with focus on continued feedback, iteration, and performance improvement
Drive and lead good project planning, timings and deadlines for the process from when receiving a brief together with DK based colleague, to the content mapping on to the content and asset development, submission and MLR in Veeva, creating the launch and localization packages.
Analyze current and future scenarios to support data-driven decision-making across campaign strategies, while demonstrating agility in navigating complex project scenarios.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc), or Engineering (B.Tech), with a Master's Degree from a well-recognized institute
8+ years of overall experience leading commercial pharma projects or pharma brand management, with demonstrated success in campaign development and execution
Strong expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR submission processes, with deep understanding of marketing channels including broadcast email, digital asset production (emails, banner ads, websites, IVAs)
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, ASANA, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
Proven experience working with Agencies of Record (AOR) to deliver high-quality creative content and campaigns
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities—able to analyze processes and datasets, synthesize insights, and translate complex topics into simple, executive-level communications
Exceptional collaboration skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across Medical, Regulatory, Product Supply, Commercial, and other functional areas.
