About this role

Provide paid, hands-on experience across a broad in-house legal platform
Engage with emerging technologies (prediction markets, blockchain, digital assets, and AI)
Work on data privacy and cybersecurity
Handle commercial contracts and negotiations (including marketing and partnership agreements)
Deal with cleared derivatives and commodities regulation
Participate in federal, state, and international litigation
Contribute to corporate governance and compliance

Have successfully completed their first year (1L) at an ABA-accredited law school
Be in good academic standing
Demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills
