About this role
Role Overview
Lead new client acquisitions within our Adlook Outcomes offering
Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service delivery
Drive customer retention and ensure continuous collaboration
Increase ad spend for individual clients
Manage negotiations and signings of Joint Business Plans with advertisers
Secure and execute trading deals with agency partners
Oversee the sales team, fostering an environment of growth and achievement
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan for the market
Requirements
Proven experience in strategic sales leadership
Strong understanding of the LATAM advertising market
Bilingual in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
