Development, implementation, and optimization of AI agents and intelligent software components — from concept to go‑live
Building AI-powered tools and platforms that improve internal processes, customer experiences, or knowledge management systems
Close collaboration with existing software development teams and business units to integrate AI components into existing applications and systems
Evaluation and selection of suitable frameworks, APIs, and models (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for various use cases
Support in architecture planning and integrating AI solutions into cloud environments and microservice architectures
Research and prototyping of new AI approaches (e.g., agent frameworks, LLM-based automations, data pipelines)
Establishing AI practices within software development across the corporate group:
Building an internal network and knowledge transfer around AI technologies
Developing guidelines, best practices, and training concepts for developer teams
Supporting group companies in identifying and implementing AI-based use cases
Active contribution to the AI strategy and promotion of an innovation-driven engineering culture
Requirements
Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in AI / Machine Learning / Data Engineering / Software Development
Solid knowledge of Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar AI-agent libraries
Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#)
Basic understanding of software architectures and interfaces (APIs, microservices, cloud environments)
Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and integrating them into existing systems
Familiarity with API development, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and data pipelines
Plus: hands-on experience in building AI-agent platforms, e.g., for customer service, process automation, or knowledge management
