Role Overview
- Build automation systems that handle complex insurance servicing tasks end-to-end
- Ship new automations in 1–2 weeks on average
- Compose backend business logic that drives automation
- Design backend pipelines that sync customer policy data
- Optimize and scale internal tools to reduce agent intervention
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering ops
Requirements
- At least 7 years full stack engineering experience building production-grade software
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design
- Comfortable working asynchronously with a global team
- Personal accountability and ownership for outcomes
- Curiosity and adaptability to new tools and environments
