Designing static ads for Paid Social, leveraging channel best practices and weekly performance data to quickly and autonomously deliver high-performing creative and iterations.
Designing performance and editorial Emails, and work with Channel partners to continue to fine-tune the channel’s design system.
Working closely with ACD, Channel, and Brand partners to develop testing roadmaps for each channel.
Staying apprised of the competitive landscape and proactively bringing new ideas to the table to support channel goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience, mainly or exclusively in high-growth startup or agency settings
Deep history of design for performance channels, especially Paid Social and Email channels – and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills
Solid understanding of how to interpret performance data and how to apply learnings to design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
A+ organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and low ego
A bias towards action and agility
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger children
Experience at a high-growth startup or agency environment
Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
Based in Minneapolis, Seattle, or Los Angeles
