Mid-Level Video Editor

Role Overview

• Content Production and Editing
• Edit videos for paid media campaigns, social networks, landing pages and corporate materials.
• Adapt content for different formats and platforms (Reels, Stories, YouTube, Display, among others).
• Work on pacing, visual storytelling and retention in the first seconds of the video.
• Finishing and Visual Quality
• Add strategic captions, simple motion graphics and supporting visual elements.
• Apply music tracks, sound effects and perform basic color grading and audio treatment.
• Ensure visual consistency in accordance with the brand identity and guidelines.
• Performance and Integration
• Collaborate with Copy and Design teams to optimize creatives.
• Adjust videos based on feedback and performance data.
• Organize files, projects and editing workflows to ensure efficiency and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Video Editor (mid-level).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects or equivalent software.
• Experience with dynamic cuts and performance-driven editing.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and basic color and audio treatment.
• Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously with organization and agility.
