Collect, organize and interpret public and private information about suppliers, partners and service providers.
Assist in the drafting, updating and review of internal policies, standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide support to the Compliance team in servicing regional management and the Procurement and Supply areas.
Identify, record and communicate potential reputational, legal or integrity risks.
Support consultants and analysts in the investigation of reports, including participation in interviews, drafting minutes, and organizing and controlling documents and related evidence.
Conduct research and gather content to support training, campaigns and corporate communications.
Collaborate in the preparation of management reports and performance indicators for the area.
Act as an ambassador of organizational culture, promoting ethical, transparent and compliant practices.
Ability to write clear and concise texts and reports.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with anti-corruption legislation, compliance and corporate governance.
Requirements
Knowledge of research tools and databases for background checks.
Experience with Aliant and Neoway tools.
Analytical profile, with discretion, diligence, a strong sense of responsibility, critical thinking and agility in problem solving.
