Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, from formalizing opportunities through the full completion of the commercial process (including contracts, registrations, documentation and liaison with Legal), ensuring smooth workflow, compliance and allowing the sales team to focus on revenue generation.
Request, monitor and control new contracts and contract amendments.
Conduct company status checks for new contracts (CNPJ, Serasa, etc.).
Send and track digital signatures until completion and archiving.
Serve as the interface between Sales and Legal, acting as the focal point to clarify clauses and schedule meetings with clients when necessary.
Assist with customer registration/onboarding processes.
Monitor the process through to the finalization of the sale, including updating the product database (for example, adding licenses or removing products when applicable).
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
Experience in Administration, commercial processes or related areas.
Experience with commercial administrative routines and sales support, including interaction with Legal and Finance teams.
Behavioral competencies: organization and control, proactivity, clear communication, attention to detail, sense of priority, collaborative mindset, ethical conduct and confidentiality.
Knowledge: CRM, basic contract knowledge and Excel.
Experience with ERP TOTVS Protheus.
