Create dashboards and reports in Looker and Looker Studio, adding analytical quality and experience;
Help create new metrics/data points to evolve the way we look at all Service performance;
Monitor and control performance metrics, working with the global workforce to anticipate potential impacts and risks, monitoring any target deviations;
Perform root-cause analysis to support business and workforce needs;
Deep dive into our Data Model and extract information to support business decisions.

A professional with experience with data analytics, ideally with an e-commerce orientation;
You are detail-oriented with a demonstrably high standard for data accuracy and documentation;
Experienced in Data Analysis in a multi-channel service environment;
Comfortable with SQL
ideally with relevant professional experience;
Knowledge of GCP tools is a plus, with a particular focus on BigQuery;
Comfortable working with data visualization tools
mainly Looker and Looker Studio;
Capable of telling a story, together with presentation skills that can elevate the quality of your pitch;
Knowledge of ETL tools and Git is a plus;
Knowledge of WFM / WFO environments is a plus;
Fluent in English.
