Own the full model lifecycle from data preparation to model deployment within our platform
Build and maintain reproducible ML pipelines with CI/CD and version control
Manage and optimize GCP resources to ensure system reliability and performance
Ensure robust testing, model transparency, and compliance with health data regulations
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following good engineering standards
Communicate insights clearly, contribute to code reviews, and support team growth
Act as a proactive and positive team player, who supports in solving problems and removing blockers

A valid EU work permit and professional proficiency in verbal and written English
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or relevant field
Proactive, self-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a small team
Comfortable taking the ownership of projects, from conceptualisation to execution
Strong communicator and collaborator
able to explain complex concepts clearly, present decisions effectively, and write code that’s readable and maintainable
7+ years in data science/machine learning
Good experience building, validating, and deploying models in prod environments
Expert in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code for scalable applications in Python
Proven experience deploying and operating model pipelines on Google Cloud
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated testing
Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and model management (desirable)
Experience working with medical data, or in regulated environments (desirable)
