Manage the entirety of renewals process, including negotiation and ownership of commercial contracts
Collaborate with Sales to identify risks and ensure timely renewals
Analyze usage patterns and customer health metrics to preempt churn risks
Engage proactively with customers ahead of renewal dates to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth
Maintain accurate renewal forecasts using tools like Salesforce and Clari
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual retention goals
Requirements
2-3+ years successful track record of sales or customer success in the enterprise software or software-as-a-service market
Track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for customers
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
High level of intellectual curiosity -

Results-oriented sales professional
Ability to learn quickly and to adapt easily to change
Domain knowledge of Finance/FP&A space is a plus
