Implement enhancements and changes to Oracle HCM as required
Implement new functionality as part of project delivery, including evaluation of stakeholder’s business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions.
Be involved with other key implementation related tasks, including testing, data migration, security and reporting
Recognising and promptly advising management of potential problems and for potential follow-on business opportunities.
Technical responsibilities, including problem identification, solution definition, documenting implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
Identifies additional opportunities that could be implemented to improved business outcomes in Oracle HCM
Collaborate with team members on changes to the system
Complete system administrative tasks when required
Maintaining knowledge of industry best practice and directions
Requirements
Specialist level functional competence and knowledge of Oracle HCM
Understanding business/organisation/marketing context of business solutions
Good understanding of current services and new computing directions and technologies
Understanding of Release Management processes
At least 3 year's experience in information technology, IT systems, systems design, integration or consulting
Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
