Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients.
Apply both Sage 100 expertise and construction-specific knowledge to guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Sage 100 ERP software.
Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
Prior construction experience preferred in either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent).
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
