About this role

Engage with customers to understand their application requirements and challenges related to Welding, joining and fastening
Provide technical consultation on the selection of appropriate joining and fastening equipment based on application specifications
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of joining and fastening equipment
Analyze customer applications and recommend suitable equipment and solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
Work closely with Customers to coordinate the implementation of solutions
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of Welding, joining and fastening equipment in Automotive Industry
Strong knowledge of welding processes, riveting technologies, and related applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Product management experience is a plus
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
