Lead the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects, ensuring operational excellence from inception to closure.
Manage employees effectively, providing oversight for production teams to meet mission-critical tasks.
Mentors and coaches personnel to enhance performance.
Conduct reviews and provides staff feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with clients and team stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project milestones, deliverables, and progress.
Serve as the first POC for administrative questions or difficulties that arise related to this contract.
Monitor all services rendered, ensuring all actions remain compliant with contract requirements, and prepare documentation as required by the Government.
Drive projects to stay on track and within budget by setting and monitoring performance metrics and making necessary adjustments to address evolving requirements.
Actively participate in pre-production planning meetings and after-action reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment and continuous process improvement.
Coordinate procurement actions using Maintenance and Operational Funding to ensure resource readiness in emergency and routine operational scenarios.
Serve as the subject matter expert for projects requiring familiarity with Department of the Army and DoD protocols associated with ceremonies and strategic sessions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing government contracts or projects, with a focus on operational execution.
Relevant experience working with Department of the Army and/or Department of Defense briefings and strategy sessions, Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) Drills, and military ceremonies in a live, virtual, and recorded environment.
Familiarity with Government procurement and purchasing rules and regulations.
Multi-year experience with stage management and set design.
Possess a valid REAL ID Driver’s License or similar government-approved identification to obtain military installation access.
Maintain reliable mode of transportation.
U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to pass a background check.
