Role Overview
Lead high-impact analytics initiatives with internal teams to inform data-driven initiatives.
Execute in-depth analysis of user behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform product optimization strategies.
Influence direction through actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and instrumentation, providing guidance on tracking implementation and data integrity.
Collaborate with the data engineering and data science teams to refine and enhance data infrastructure and architecture to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.

Build a unified understanding of how our data, customer experiences, and goals align
Requirements
2+ years of experience in data or product analytics as an Analyst, preferably in a high-velocity consumer facing product
Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, to create compelling dashboards and reports. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude and mixpanel.
A track record of delivering impactful insights and driving growth.
Expert experience with funnel analysis, cohort & segmentation analysis, and other analytics techniques.
Strong data communication skills, including visualization, technical writing, and business writing.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder influence, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
