Role Overview
- Carrying out diagnostics during customer claims and managing the resolution of disputes
- Delivering installer training and providing technical assistance on construction sites
- Supporting sales representatives in pre-sales activities
- Creating test mock-ups at the CSTB
- Providing technical and product expertise for judicial and insurance assessments
Requirements
- Tradesperson in building trades (roofer, carpenter…) and/or technical qualification in construction
- Proven experience in roofing and/or façade work
- Strong skills and a clear preference for fieldwork
- Teaching and presentation skills for conducting technical training
- Service-oriented with good negotiation skills
