The Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain operations
Build and execute comprehensive Supply Chain & Procurement strategy
Lead procurement governance across all categories
Oversee sourcing strategy, RFPs, negotiations, contracts, supplier scorecards
Manage direct and indirect procurement
Lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization
Oversee warehouse, staging/repair, logistics, RMA/SRA workflows
Partner across Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Client Experience
Drive ERP optimization, workflow automation, reporting
Build and lead a high‑performing global team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
10–15+ years leadership in supply chain and procurement
MBA Certifications (CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, CSCMP, SCOR)
Experience with direct/indirect spend, hardware ecosystems, vendor management
ERP proficiency (specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Strategic planning, analytics, communication, leadership
Domestic and international travel as needed
