Act as the point of contact between the CLIENT and the CONTRACTOR regarding the activities performed.
Act as a facilitator within the team.
Support the team's workflow: maintain control of processes and activities, ensure the quality of services delivered, and perform planning and control of service execution.
Manage the contracted technical team, providing instructions, guidance and standards for the execution of activities.
Propose changes to routines and technical procedures aimed at cost optimization, rationalization, innovation and process improvement.
Ensure the security of all information to which they have access.
Deliver incident reports in accordance with CLIENT requirements.
Requirements
Higher education degree in Information Technology, or a higher education degree with a minimum 360-hour extension/continuing education course in Information Technology.
Experience in team management.
Knowledge of ITIL.
