Oversee operations and maintenance of mission‑critical facilities within the Facilities Management Department
Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across assigned facilities
Identify and analyze critical facility issues, develop maintenance and repair strategies
Manage operating expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Lead operations teams in executing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
Ensure reliable service delivery and compliance with SLAs and KPIs
Support both internal and external customers with high service quality standards
Requirements
Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building services system maintenance within property or facilities management, including at least 6 years in a managerial capacity
Strong understanding of statutory regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FSD, EMSD, building ordinances)
Proven ability in contractor management, budget planning, and risk mitigation
Strong leadership, people management, and decision‑making capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to critical situations
Experience in operating mission‑critical environments (e.g., data centres, mobile switching centres, or facilities with high service uptime requirements) is highly preferred
Member of HKIE / CIBSE / BSOMES or other relevant institute is an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Facilities Manager
