Role Overview
- Responsible for maximising the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA)
- Manage Sales Representatives and report directly to the Sales OEM Director
- Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration
- Identify potential opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers to meet business objectives
- Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume
- Develop and maintain a competent workforce through training, coaching, and setting goals
Requirements
- Business English knowledge
- A third language Knowledge (Spanish or German) will be considered as a plus, but not essential.
