Define and clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to engineering teams and the Design and Methods team
Manage the product backlog and oversee project execution in collaboration with the Business Product Manager
Ensure delivery of business value and alignment with the product vision and roadmap
Coordinate with the assigned Digital Engineering team (external, internal, or mixed resources) to deliver features that meet customer and business needs
Maintain close alignment with stakeholders, management, and adjacent teams
Run discovery phases, user feedback loops, and KPI monitoring
Steer the product development cycle within SCRUM

University degree or equivalent qualification
5+ years of experience managing complex ICT projects and/or digital product development for sales, marketing, or service functions, with strong knowledge of related business processes
Strong expertise in project management (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Experience with at least one scaled agile framework is a plus
Ability to prioritize complex requirements and translate them into clear user stories
Experience collaborating with multiple development and UX teams and managing external vendors
Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and an ownership mindset
Strong risk-management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Fluent in German and English
Understanding of technical architecture or integration landscapes is a plus
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, or Product Owner) are a plus
