Requirements
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
5+ years in a QA role, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, or telecommunications.
Proficient with test management software (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with API testing (Postman) and web debugging tools. Experience with mobile-first environments is a major plus.
A "break-it-to-make-it" attitude. You possess an analytical mind that looks for the edge cases others miss.
Ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable feedback for both engineers and product stakeholders.
You’re the person who notices a pixel out of place or a 0.5-second lag in message delivery.
