Role Overview
- Advise and represent national and international clients in patent proceedings
- Provide legal advice on patent law matters
- Support international patent litigation on both plaintiff and defendant sides
- Conduct evidence preservation proceedings and collect and analyze evidence of patent infringement
- Draft complaints and other legal pleadings
Requirements
- Above-average results in both German state examinations (Staatsexamen)
- Preferably study experience abroad
- Relevant professional experience in patent law or a comparable role
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Professional, persuasive communication skills
- Interest in technical and commercial matters
- Enthusiasm for developing creative solutions for clients
