Serve as the technical lead in support of defense sales pursuits and customer programs.
Architect mission-aligned PNT solutions, guide system integrations, support evaluations and demonstrations, and cultivate technical champions within program offices, primes, and integrators.
Own technical wins across defense pursuits and programs.
Drive successful PoCs, evaluations, and prototype integrations.
Build deep technical trust with government engineers and program managers.
Translate mission requirements into actionable product feedback.
Conduct technical discovery conversations with military engineers and program stakeholders.
Deliver technical presentations, mission-aligned demos, and onsite proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Support integration, onboarding, and field deployment of Point One solutions within defense programs.
Provide hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation in complex environments.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align technical strategy with market demand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related field)
5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably supporting defense or federal customers
3+ years working in GNSS, GPS, INS, PNT filtering, RF systems, or navigation technologies
Strong systems-level understanding of embedded systems, autonomy stacks, and real-time positioning
