In support of the program manager, the PMO will have the following responsibilities:
Monitor all contractual deliverables linked to each contract line item to ensure deadlines and milestones are met, as well as the invoicing of the line items
In collaboration with the program scheduler/planner, identify critical paths
Alert program management to any slippage or risk
In coordination with business units and the finance department, perform monthly budget consolidations and distribute the associated reports to management
Participate in internal team meetings chaired by the program manager
Participate in coordination meetings with our potential partners (co-contractors, major subcontractors, etc.)
Also participate in progress meetings with the client (e.g., DGA, OCCAR)
Ensure preparation and synthesis of meeting outputs (decision memos, minutes, action plans, etc.)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in a technical, financial or business field
Demonstrated strong interest in the products
3–5 years of similar experience on large-scale programs
Ideally from defense, rail, aerospace or automotive sectors
Experienced in the governance of major contracts
Familiar with standard processes from development phases through production and implementation of the support/sustainment system
Solid foundation in legal and financial matters
Knowledge of the French public procurement code is a plus
Fluent in English and able to demonstrate a TOEIC score of at least 900
Organized, rigorous and concise
Strong oral expression and high-quality written communication skills
Strong leadership
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Travel expected ~10% of the time to our production sites
Valid driving license (category B) required
