Role Overview
- Manage and coordinate multiple phases of technical areas within a project
- Map full business processes and implement solutions for improvements
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Run workshops for creating detailed business requirements
- Assist and supervise team contributions to ensure complete requirement coverage
- Identify and assess risks to project success
- Agree project approach with stakeholders and prepare realistic plans
- Track activities against the project schedule
- Handle training and build competency within the practice
Requirements
- Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience
- Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
- Excellent client-facing skills
- People management skills
- Good self-management
- Innovative approach
- Experience working in retail environments
- Knowledge in business analysis methodologies
- Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
