Build, deploy, and support applications within Microsoft Azure using interconnected cloud components
Enhance and integrate front end components using React JS, HTML5, and CSS3 to support user facing risk tools
Identify, analyze, and remediate performance bottlenecks and inefficient code to improve system scalability and reliability
Implement secure user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments
Develop code to enterprise quality standards, including unit testing and adherence to technical specifications
Contribute to risk analytics solutions, with exposure to Value at Risk systems where applicable
Support data visualization and reporting capabilities, including integration with Power BI tools when required
Produce and maintain technical documentation covering application design, functionality, and deployment
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in Agile delivery environments while maintaining the ability to execute independently on assigned initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of professional Python development experience in enterprise environments
Experience with Azure cloud computing platforms; Databricks experience preferred but not required
Working knowledge of relational and non relational database systems and distributed computing frameworks
Familiarity with front end technologies including React JS, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery models
Strong analytical, organizational, and multi tasking skills across concurrent projects
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non technical stakeholders
Self directed work style with demonstrated ability to research, problem solve, and maintain delivery momentum
